Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Products which are marked as “final sale” Customised items such as having texts or names being engraved into your product

Shipping

We will be using our standard Insured Tracked Shipping for all orders by default unless you have opted for the Premium shipping. All our orders are tracked, from leaving the warehouse up to the point when it is delivered to your mailbox. Cost of Shipping: Defers from country to country, with standard rate starting at USD 3.90. Free Shipping starts at order $30 USD and above.
