HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account when you have created one with us. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

Once you have created an account with our store and placed an order, you would be able to view your order history with our store and see the current order status for any purchases that you have made. 

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make the payment or cancel your order. Note: You would not be able to cancel your order once it is being fulfilled (shipped). Do drop us an email if you require our assistance. 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Please refer to our shipping policy for delivery lead time.  

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDERS?

All your orders are being sent via our in-store shipping option.

 

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE ? 

The flat-rate shipping fee is $3.90 to $4.90 using our in-store shipping option. You may also opt for premium shipping whenever it is available, which rate varies from country to country and carriers. 

If you are ordering from a region where the shipping cost is extremely high, do drop us an email and we will see how we could help with your order.



HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be able to see the various method of payment options. 

 Click on the Paypal icon and you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated in our system for your order.



WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.



CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payments online. No account needed.



WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. 

Once we received the email regarding the above, we will follow up with a case number and update you with our findings. 

We will refund your money or replace your item once the findings are conclusive.

We regret that under circumstances in which you are unable to show photo proof of damaged items, there will be no refunds or replacement given.  

In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost via premium shipping, subject to stock availability.
